Overview

In Montiverdi, designed by rabarchitects, WK apartment is located in MV building. MV building acts like a carefully cut jewel opening up to the wide valley below.

Location

Approached by the same client to conceptualize the interior of a duplex in the building, the design of WK apartment was driven by the original ideas applied in the building.The lower level of this duplex is a white double height open space hosting the reception areas while exhibiting two striking vertical elements, the chimney and the vertical circulation. On the other hand, a guest suite and a rooftop lounge reside on the upper floor linked by a promenade overlooking the open space.

The project consists of a central core and peripheral wall reflecting the rich diversity of the interior to ensure optimum flexibility at every floor. The floor plans were conceived to create living spaces with vibrant panoramic views.
