A mere few minutes’ drive from Mzaar Kfardebbian slopes and Faqra Club, Sheer is a residential development in close proximity to the town center and local amenities in Kfardebian.
Situated on top of a hill, Sheer overlooks the town of Kfardebian with a majestic appeal. It offers residents magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and valleys from the Mzaar top all the way to the Mediterranean horizon.
Surrounded by magnificent rock formations, the architecture of Sheer integrates with the landscape. The landscape extends onto the project at times enlarging the outdoor space, while the pool deck delivers an elevated landscape feature for residents positioned towards the sea view as it unites the architecture.
Dealing with a challenging context, the design evolves gradually by embedding various blocks into the landscape. This resulted in the buildings being faintly visible from the public road and opening up to the view on the other side. Each building then becomes branded with a view, and a landscape feature. The different masses follow the rhythm created by the rocks introducing a playful interaction with the surrounding context as well as within each other. The interplay of its various blocks and their intermingling with the rocky landscape define this residential development.
Designed with a sense of sophistication, Block A contains 6 apartments consisting of either two bedroom simplexes or three bedroom duplexes. Whereas, housing the pool deck, Block B is composed of two apartments each consisting of three bedrooms also accessible via an indoor parking. Finally, on the east side of the site, Block C consists of four apartments containing two bedroom simplexes or three bedroom duplexes accessible via the main entrance and indoor parking.
