The project comprises three houses designed for two brothers and their father. Situated on steep terrain, the design
integrates very well with the land, forming interesting spaces interconnected by stairs, ramps, and passages that guide
inhabitants throughout the entire project.
In Qoubbei, Lebanon, the old house, situated on the land, was demolished per the client's request to make way for the
construction of their dream house. Its location offers a breathtaking view which played an important role while designing.
The various elevations and heights within the spaces introduce a fascinating dynamic to the project. This thoughtful approach
not only introduces an aesthetically pleasing sense of leveling but also facilitates a dynamic visual experience. The circulation
in this project allows occupants to traverse the interconnected spaces, fostering an engaging environment where the act
of circulating becomes an exploration of the architectural nuances and the natural surroundings.
As for the material and roof, we have chosen to incorporate natural stone cladding and a pitched roof, inspired by the timeless
charm and cultural significance of Lebanese architectural heritage.
